Hola! We are Ximena, Bloyd, and Carlos, the team at Tu Casa Sayulita Property Management. We are thrilled you have chosen to stay with us. We have prepared some links that are extremely important to ensure you have a smooth arrival to the property and get the most out of your vacation.

Upon your arrival, we will be available to greet you and ensure that you settle in with ease. Our mission is simple: to offer guests a 5-star experience that encompasses both the physical space and our customer service. If at any point you feel that we are not living up to this standard, do not hesitate to let us know how we can improve your stay.

  • 1) Let us know your number of guests.

    2) Let us know what time you arrive at the airport. If you are waiting for others to show up, just share the time of the last person arriving.

    3) If you need transportation (sedan or Suburban) you can find our list of contacts in the Local Sayulita Guide we have sent. Please reach out to them using Whatsapp.

    4) If you are driving your own vehicle, have a rental or other shuttle service, please let us know. Please also know that GPS does NOT work well in many places in town and some may be incredibly difficult to access without 4x4. If you choose to provide your own transportation, please follow our directions carefully to help with a smooth arrival.

  • We will accommodate early check-ins should the house be ‘guest’ ready. If it is not ready, you may set up a luggage drop with us.  

  • YES, The house has filtered water!
    Please do not buy plastic bottles.

    We also have beach and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you rented at Villa Granada, please know that it does NOT have shampoo or conditioner.

  • The online listing where you booked will confirm if laundry is available.

    If laundry is not available at the house, we can recommend a mobile service.

  • You have been made admin of the Whatsapp group so that you can add other guests and they can also have all of the information.
    To add someone, just click on the title of the group and scroll down to where it says add a contact.
    Ask all guests to contact us using the group as not each person is always on call to return a message.

  • If you know you want to save time and cover more ground then yes, rent a golf cart.
    If you have children or folks who may have trouble walking hills or cobblestone streets then yes, rent a golf cart.
    We recommend doing that as early as possible.
    During the high season, carts may be hard to find so if you decide to wait, you may not find one.
    Ask your Property Manager if you’ll need a gas 4x4 or Lithium battery powered cart to get to your rental.

  • We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all guests.

    This means that when you arrive, should you find something dirty, broken or stained, please report it so that we can take care of it.

    Once you leave, if we find an excessive mess that requires extra cleaning, stains that cannot be removed after 1 cleaning, or broken items, the expense will be deducted from your security deposit.
